The spool of the mechanism has been made with a “clean” winding length of 4.8 cm and with a conical depth in order to achieve long distances without much effort. The Wormshaft system also contributes to this, ie the engraved shaft, which gives movement to the spool that has been specially made for this mechanism with a slow “step”, wrapping the line or thread evenly on it.
Another peculiarity of the mechanism is the large Carbon discs of the brakes that give forces in full tightening over 15 kg but also the opening / closing of the brakes in just 1½ turn!
